New sales manager joins the team
We are very pleased to welcome Jake Ward to the team as our Business Development Manager.
Jake joins the team from Papico Limited which saw him learn all about the paper making process giving him a good understanding of corrugated board used to manufacture the majority of the Kbins range.
Working in different market sectors such as Kraft, Pharma, greaseproof and luxury packaging, Jakes sales skills as Business Development Manager and prior to that as an Account Manager for Farnell Electronics gives him a great skill set to work with Kbins customers.
“My skillset from my previous roles and education will enable me to develop new business opportunities and successfully contribute to growing the Kbins name,” said Jake. “My targets are to increase sales output by maintaining and growing existing accounts but also develop new accounts. We have a fantastic product portfolio that is tried and tested across many industry sectors and the value we bring to customers is tangible.
“Heading into 2026 with this exciting new challenge is a great opportunity for me and the wider team as we continue to build on the successes of 2025.”

Away from work Jake has two children and is a Rugby League coach in his local community helping bring families together and develop the confidence, teamwork and communication skills of the children and provide a positive adult role model in a sporting environment.
